a few more gift ideas

I was pretty productive last week!  I finally got to try Keyka Lou's newest pattern, the zip pocket pouch pattern and I LOVE it!!!  And it's still on sale until the 27th, can't beat that!

As you can see, both will easily hold an iphone with room to spare.  I love the zipper pocket!  I am always so happy with things made from Michelle's patterns.

I also had a custom order for some art folios and made a couple extra.  If you haven't seen Virginia's shop, you are really missing out!!  Her patterns are fantastic and the art folio is, by far, the most popular item that I have ever sold in my shop!  If I made 100 of these suckers, I would still have requests for more.  They really are useful and are they are always my go to gift for birthday parties.

holiday sewing motivation

I know I have been MIA for the last few weeks.  Some long lasting illness is slowly making it's way through my family.  First, the girls were sick, then Doug and now it has finally worked it's way around to me.

I wanted to share something fun with you all though!  Michelle from Keyka Lou is having a pattern sale!!!  Right now all of her patterns are on sale for $5!!  If you haven't tried one of her patterns, now is the time!  She is my favorite go to pattern designer!  Her patterns are all VERY well written, most can be made with very little fabric, and they are all super cute!  She has almost 40 patterns now so there is sure to be something that will be perfect for everyone on your list this year.
